Privacy Policy

4SUCCESS, LLC (“we”) uses your information only to operate the LockUnlocked platform and connect you with locksmiths.

What we collect

When you submit a request: service type, ZIP code, phone number, and any description you provide. We may use your device location if you allow it, to help match you with a nearby locksmith. When you register as a locksmith: name, phone, ZIP, email, location, locksmith license number (required), and internal verification status (whether we have manually reviewed the license).

How we use it

We use this data to show your request to locksmiths in your area, to manage jobs and subscriptions, and to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS notifications

If you choose the optional SMS opt-in on our forms, we may send you transactional text messages (e.g., to confirm your request was received or cancelled, or when a locksmith confirms your job). A confirmation SMS may include a cancel link. When a locksmith confirms your job, an SMS may include their name, phone number, the license number they registered with us, and a link to the California DCA public license search for your optional use. If you register as a locksmith and opt in to SMS, we may send one welcome text with your dashboard link (we always email the link as well). If you do not opt in to SMS, we will not send those texts to your number for that submission or registration. Messaging is provided via Twilio. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Each outbound SMS includes a short line about rates and how to reply STOP or HELP. Required checkboxes on the forms are for the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy only — not for SMS. See Terms for the full SMS program. Payments (locksmiths)

If you subscribe as a locksmith, payment is processed by Stripe. We store only the subscription status and period; we do not store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Where we store data

Request and locksmith data are stored in Google Workspace (Sheets and related systems) for the purpose of operating the platform. Access is limited and data is used only as described in this policy.
